- Ensure high safety standards are adhered to
- Follow inbound and outbound schedules by retrieving, marshalling, and loading pallets
- Load and unload trailers using suitable material handling equipment
- Assist factory activities and deliver packaging materials to the production line
- Achieve logistics and production performance indicators
- Maintain quality and good manufacturing practices
- Carry out the daily cleaning plan according to defined procedures
- Support the efficient and accurate flow of materials and products through logistics operations
Requirements
- No prior experience is required
- Passion for logistics and willingness to learn and grow in an automated warehouse
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Experience working towards safety standards
- Ability to work towards performance targets
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate required material handling equipment, including Forklift Trucks (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, T20)
- Relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or a similar subject is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights)
