Responsibilities

  • Get to know our products, values and way of operating.
  • Identifying ideal customers, and actively pursuing conversations and meetings with key decision makers in those companies.
  • Prospecting, generating leads and increasing awareness and knowledge about Attensi in the professional services space through attending industry events and exhibitions, hosting webinars etc.
  • Mapping and specifying organisational challenges, training and development needs together with prospective customers.
  • Working closely with our Customer Success team who provide operational support for our customers as well as work with them to explore upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with the broader Attensi commercial team and overall organisation to develop best practices and grow the organisation.

Requirements

  • BSc degree or higher.
  • Client-facing Pharmaceutical / medical devices experience, either through new business sales, account management, account direction, or strategic roles within those organisations, e.g. Product Manager.
  • Experience building strong and trusting relationships with prospects and clients alike to become a trusted partner at both a professional and personal level.
  • At least 5+ years' work experience.
  • Experience in establishing relationships with CxOs and Directors of large corporations.
  • Experience managing, growing or developing relationships with large Pharmaceutical or Medical Devices clients, whether through new logo acquisition, account growth, or long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Previous experience in business development, enterprise sales, strategic account management or account direction is ideal. We are open to candidates who have built and grown relationships with major pharma clients, even if their experience is more account-led than pure new business.
