Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with TMCs, OBTs, and corporate clients
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, providing proactive problem resolution
  • End to end management onboarding new and existing corporate customers to key products
  • Identify opportunities to increase booking volume revenue
  • Conduct regular presentations and Business Reviews with customers
  • Project management of the development of customised solutions
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to strengthen Travelfusion brand visibility
  • Prepare and analyse reports for customer feedback and identify opportunities for growth
  • Management of contract renewal and negotiation with key corporate clients

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Flights Business Unit of a TMC, OBT, or in Airline Sales
  • Strong grasp of airline distribution (LCC, FSC, NDC)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience of dealing with complex technical requirements (API integrations)
  • Understanding of the payment options/challenges for corporate travel bookings
  • Understanding of the complexities of the corporate travel industry and how tech providers, TMCs and OBTs are linked.
