Responsibilities
- Creatively lead project teams' approach and direction
- Support the management of design resources across technical projects to promote best design practices
- Communicate with new and existing clients to maintain an agency level of design and technical support
- Review scoping documents to ensure clients receive great value and high-quality design and creative work
- Select and challenge project teams, ensuring projects are design-led
- Be hands-on with mixed discipline projects and able to jump in to give creative guidance and support when needed
- Helping develop future work pipelines through client engagement, spotting opportunities and maximizing potential
Qualifications
- A passion for design and digital technology with an outstanding eye for detail
- Previous experience working in large-scale mixed discipline projects
- Excellent and confident organizational and communication skills
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator and PhotoShop
- Experience in UX and UI Design with the ability to lean in on projects
- Strong layout and typography skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Agile development
- Team player, able to build excellent client relationships through thought leadership, outstanding creativity and proactive and reactive problem solving
