Requirements
- Experience delivering transformation programmes within the Defence sector.
- Strong understanding of operating model design, programme and change management.

- Awareness of technology-enabled transformation, including digital and cloud solutions.
- Experience supporting large, complex programmes and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.
