Product Safety Specialist in Bracknell

• Coordinate Market Actions across Car and Motorcycle, including Safety Recalls, Product Updates, Delivery Stops, and Warranty Extension campaigns
• Support all stages of campaign delivery, including service bulletin issuance, campaign monitoring, and reporting
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and proactive action projects to enhance campaign performance
• Engage with team members, peers, senior managers, and Branch/Distributor management teams
• Present information and recommendations to stakeholders
• Coordinate and drive product safety actions across multiple European countries
• Prepare and present campaign and performance information for Monthly Business Plan Review meetings
• Gather campaign information, create service bulletins, and complete warranty set-up documents
• Monitor campaign performance through frequent report analysis
• Investigate campaign performance at Branches/Distributors and recommend remedial actions
• Identify, evaluate, and implement customer contact and engagement techniques
• Collate and circulate Sales Country information for new European Product Safety Campaigns
• Support Branches/Distributors with campaign and product enquiries for Car, Motorcycle, and Power Products
• Provide input into business plan objectives and targets
• Project manage activities with external suppliers and internal Honda departments within agreed timescales and budgets
• Supply information for campaign improvement funding requests and VIN categorisation
• Manage the day-to-day operation of Honda Motor Europe’s Recall Portal and support new systems and technologies
• Participate in, arrange, and host departmental business and quality meetings

Requirements

• Experience producing reports and analysing data, identifying trends, monitoring performance, and supporting recommendations for improvement
• Highly computer literate and numerate, with the ability to work accurately with large amounts of data
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative and ownership
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build effective relationships within Honda and with external partners
• Confident communication and presentation skills for audiences including senior management
• Understanding of how customer engagement and communication support successful campaign outcomes
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple activities and priorities simultaneously
• Ability to travel as required, including overseas
• Demonstrable project management experience preferred
• Experience or interest in the automotive business beneficial
