- Build modern web applications using React and TypeScript
- Partner with Product Managers and UX Designers to deliver user experiences
- Ensure applications are performant, accessible, responsive, and well tested
- Design and maintain scalable Go-based microservices
- Build and support REST and gRPC APIs
- Develop integrations and event-driven solutions across distributed systems
- Improve observability, reliability, scalability, and security
- Deploy and support applications in AWS
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in production support and on-call rotations as required
- Take part in architecture discussions, code reviews, and design reviews
- Contribute to documentation, standards, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate across teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve system performance and developer productivity
- Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle from design and implementation to deployment and operational support
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong React and TypeScript development experience
- At least 1 year of experience building backend services with Go (Golang)
- Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- Experience with NoSQL databases
- Proficiency with Git and modern development practices
- Experience working within Agile teams
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Nice to have: gRPC and Protocol Buffers
- Nice to have: MongoDB experience
- Nice to have: AWS experience
- Nice to have: Kubernetes and container orchestration
- Nice to have: Event-driven architectures and messaging platforms
- Nice to have: Observability, monitoring, and distributed tracing
