- Translate agreed EMEA channel priorities into operating processes, governance routines, partner management tools, and market-level execution plans
- Manage operational governance for distributor identification, evaluation, scoring, onboarding, and approval readiness across direct and indirect markets
- Design and maintain playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, governance calendars, and digital tools
- Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Finance, Legal, Analytics, and country teams to remove execution barriers and support distributor activation
- Track channel performance, distributor capability, contract adherence, trade compliance metrics, action items, and improvement plans through KPI visibility
- Coordinate issue tracking, escalation paths, compliance handoffs, training needs, systems access, and service-level expectations
- Provide commercially grounded analysis and recommendations for distributor portfolio evolution, including expansion, consolidation, replacement, or exit considerations
- Support strategic decision-making through structured analysis and recommendations
- Report to the Director, Market Development and Business Integration EMEA
Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelorβs degree
- Minimum of 8β12 years of related experience
- Graduate degree may be desirable with 4 years of related experience
- Strong channel management, distributor governance, commercial operations, or partner management capability in a regional or multi-market environment
- Ability to convert strategic priorities into operating processes, implementation tools, governance routines, and measurable execution plans
- Ability to work across matrixed teams and influence without authority across Commercial, Finance, Legal, Analytics, Market Access, Marketing, and country stakeholders
- Ability to manage complexity across diverse EMEA channel models
- Knowledge of relevant KPIs and ability to interpret and distill meaningful insights
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and sound commercial judgment
- Experience in medical technology, healthcare, pharmacy, retail, distributor, or indirect-market environments is an advantage
- Must live within commuting distance of the assigned Dexcom site, typically 75 miles/120 km
- Willingness to travel 25% to 50%
