Provide technical support for business users across laptops, desktops, smartphones, tablets, printers, and related peripherals
Support end-user software including Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, Adobe applications, and other business software
Provide day-to-day deskside and remote support
Perform inventory management tasks and end-user computer setups
Troubleshoot hardware and software applications in a mixed operating-system environment
Ensure SLAs and world-class support goals are achieved
Deploy hardware using automated provisioning tools such as SCCM and Jamf
Enforce desktop hardware and software standards
Support productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Office 365
Support hardware systems, peripherals, and printers
Maintain standard operating systems, endpoint protection, and hardware destruction standards
Ensure software compliance
Participate in limited travel as required

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field with 3+ years related experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and with strong time management skills
  • Customer-service orientation
  • Consistent work hours
  • Experience supporting a global environment preferred
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter who continually develops and broadens their skill set
  • Demonstrated technical proficiency through industry certifications
  • Flexibility and willingness to be on-call and available, including weekends, and participate in a team on-call rotation
  • Organization and documentation skills
  • Working knowledge of networking topologies, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and wireless
  • Experience with Jamf, MS Intune, endpoint protection, Adobe, and MDM
  • Certifications such as A+, ACMT, MCSA Desktop, MCSE Desktop, or Microsoft Specialist are a plus
  • Limited travel required
