- Manage an independent caseload, including drafting enquiries, emails, and other correspondence
- Review titles and accompanying legal documents with attention to detail
- Prepare comprehensive reports on title
- Conduct legal research as needed
- Handle all duties related to completions
- Communicate professionally with clients and solicitors throughout the process
- Work within the Real Estate Finance team, specialising in Conventional Lending
- Handle title reports and manage completions
Requirements
- Proven experience in a fee-earning role, ideally with a focus on Real Estate; exposure to conventional lending work is highly advantageous
- Strong technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing and commercial property matters
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced commercial property environment
- Proficiency in using case management systems
- A proactive attitude with drive, enthusiasm, commitment, and a collaborative team-player approach
