- Plan and execute experiments and apply fundamental understanding to analyze results
- Plan and implement projects and take corrective measures when necessary
- Perform a range of analyses to ensure projects are completed effectively and meet customer expectations
- Set up new analytical methods using existing technology and instruments under supervision
- Plan and implement new experiments and provide data for validation

Requirements
- Good understanding of relevant laboratory equipment and techniques (theory and practice)
- Ability to provide basic maintenance of laboratory equipment

- Flexibility and adaptability to meet customer/business requirements
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to develop good working relationships
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and quick to learn

- Knowledge of generic and specific software packages, including analytical instrument and statistics software
- Ability to work standard hours Monday-Friday
- Ability to work in the office three times a week
