Partner with the Lead Lawyer to manage high court and catastrophic injury claims (including brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation and fatal accident cases).

Handle your own caseload of high-value complex injury claims, driving them from instruction to resolution.

Engage directly with senior claims handlers at leading insurers — building strong, trusted relationships.

Apply your analytical expertise to dissect complex medical and quantum evidence, identify key issues and shape expert strategy.

Draft high-quality technical advice across indemnity, liability and causation.

Conduct witness interviews, prepare statements, draft pleadings and attend conferences, mediations and Joint Settlement Meetings.

Take an active role in mentoring and developing junior colleagues.

Ensure case management systems are updated and compliant with LSNI regulations.

Requirements

  • You’ll be a qualified solicitor with a passion for high-quality litigation and a solid grounding in indemnity, liability and quantum.
