Responsibilities

  • Help maintain and manage client and entity data, ensuring it is accurate, properly verified, and aligned with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and update client and entity data across relevant systems.
  • Support the creation, amendment, validation, and review of data records.
  • Monitor data quality dashboards and assist in progressing remediation activity.
  • Follow independence controls to ensure correct checks, approvals, and hierarchy updates are completed.
  • Manage data workflows accurately and escalate issues where needed.
  • Work with stakeholders across Data, Risk and Independence, and engagement teams to resolve issues and answer queries.
  • Support process improvements, automation activity, and ways to make the team work more effectively.
  • Contribute to project work, including helping assess the impact of policy or system changes.
