  • Manage all sales of Glory products across designated countries in Europe, East Africa and Southern Africa
  • Maintain and develop existing distributor relationships
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and markets
  • Identify and appoint new distribution channels
  • Maximise revenue and market share through selection and management of business partners
  • Apply best practices in distribution management
  • Define and execute sales strategies in each market
  • Formulate and execute a regional business plan to achieve revenue, profit and market-growth targets
  • Develop new market segments and grow sales of current products and new technologies, including Ubiqular, Acrelec and Flooid
  • Document and manage sales activity and opportunities in Oracle Sales Cloud CRM
  • Process orders in CPQ (Configure Price & Quote)
  • Travel regularly within the geographic territory, up to 30% of the time
  • Attend trade shows and events to promote Glory and industry thought leadership
  • Use internal resources to provide timely customer and prospect support
  • Report to the EMEAD Sales Director

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a distribution management/sales role with an international remit
  • Proven success in growing sales through the management and establishment of international distribution channels
  • Exemplary customer interaction and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English
  • High degree of commercial acumen
  • Extensive experience of proven success selling cash automation solutions
  • Ability to build trust and relationships quickly
  • Experience selling complex solutions
  • Experience in consultative and solution selling with a competitive mindset
  • High integrity and good understanding of the banking, retail and CIT sectors in diverse and complex markets
  • Ability to converse with C-level executives
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to take ownership of assignments
  • Ability to support and educate partners to execute Proof of Concepts, customer pilots and ROI justifications
