Book and coordinate property inspections for existing commercial clients
Manage multiple surveyors’ inspection diaries
Coordinate appointments efficiently across the UK
Ensure relevant documentation and information are available to support the surveying team
Proactively book surveyor inspections by telephone and email
Organise appointments geographically to maximise surveyor productivity
Collect supporting documentation and maintain accurate client records
Gather client health and safety requirements and update spreadsheets and internal records
Communicate with clients and surveyors verbally and in writing
Manage client expectations and respond to initial queries about the inspection process and timescales
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, surveyors, and internal stakeholders
Support client retention matters with the Surveying team and other internal departments
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 A*-C GCSEs, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely
- Previous experience building and maintaining client relationships is preferred
- Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proactive, positive, and organised approach to work
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and internet applications
