Responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social, email, web, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Support and execute annual and rolling digital marketing plans.
  • Manage and activate paid and organic campaigns including social, influencer, and online selling platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to create and deliver compelling digital content.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets and ROI, using insights to continuously improve activity.
  • Support product launches with digital activation plans and post-launch analysis.
  • Develop creative briefs and oversee delivery from agency partners.
  • Partner with European and global teams to share insights and best practice and strengthen digital capability.
  • Contribute to monthly business reviews and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, with an understanding of performance and optimisation.
  • Knowledge of customer journeys, buyer behaviour and conversion funnels.
  • Broad digital understanding including social, influencer, web/SEO, paid media and email marketing.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the confidence to take ownership and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong collaboration skills - comfortable working cross-functionally and with agency partners.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into meaningful actions and recommendations.
  • Curiosity to explore new tools, platforms and ways of working (including evolving digital trends and AI).
