Responsibilities

  • Drive business interests within the offshore wind sector
  • Strategically manage part of the Offshore Wind asset portfolio
  • Cultivate customer relationships, drive revenue and capital growth
  • Ensure compliance throughout the asset lifecycle
  • Manage the day-to-day performance of assets
  • Proactively support the customer through the development process
  • Manage contract negotiation efforts and ensure contract compliance
  • Implement robust risk management strategies
  • Identify potential opportunities for value optimisation and growth
  • Support test and development projects

Requirements

  • Proven track record in asset management, business development, and customer engagement within the offshore wind industry or a related sector
  • Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen to drive revenue and capital growth
  • In-depth understanding of contractual agreements, investment management, and asset disposal processes
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, compliance, and risk management
