- Delivering Client Consulting Projects
- Lead consulting relationships with clients to develop and implement practical solutions that meet their business needs and deliver measurable business impact.
- Successfully manage and deliver projects in your practice on time and within budget, delegating and coaching more junior team members to deliver quality work.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing them with expert guidance, strategic recommendations, and innovative solutions to address their challenges and opportunities
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand Uptake’s client base and revenue growth within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Lead the creation of an Account Plan for your key clients, working with the Director to manage it
- Create the storyboard and content for proposals, working in partnership with the principal and Director team.
- Deliver pitch presentations confidently, which leads to new business being won
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and Uptake thought leadership materials, sharing with personal network and Uptake clients
- Contribute to the development of thought leadership content, case studies, publications and awards
Requirements
- 10 to 15 years of experience working as a Senior Director or Vice President in global, medical, marketing, and/or commercial roles in a pharma business
