- Support coordination with external partners and teams across the organization to develop insights on financial sector transition planning
- Conduct data analysis using outputs from CDPβs questionnaire to inform collaborative research and shape external recommendations
- Support development and execution of CDPβs insights and sustainable finance research through project coordination, research and analysis
- Prepare and give webinars where appropriate
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives within and outside CDP
- Conduct research supporting the drafting of position papers
- Support ad-hoc requests for insights and analysis
- Participate in regular 1:1s and performance and development conversations
- Contribute to a respectful, inclusive and engaged team

Requirements
- Experience with environmental data, disclosures and/or transition planning, especially where this relates to preparation and use by the financial sector
- Background in environment, GHG and/or financial accounting and current issues related with these disciplines
- Ability and willingness to rapidly develop a high level of knowledge
- Data analysis experience
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerBI
- Python or R desirable
- GIS proficiency a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High standard of written English
- Previous experience of producing written research outputs, preferably for a corporate audience
- Understanding of the corporate reporting landscape and investor expectations around climate and nature-related issues
- Ability to present complex information in a simple and concise way
- Detail-oriented and organized thinker able to juggle multiple, competing priorities
- Self-starter willing to take ownership and develop processes to improve delivery of analysis and research
- Eligible to work legally in the UK
- Live within a commutable distance of the London office
- Comfortable with 2 days in the office per week
