JobTailor is seeking a results-driven operator to own the end-to-end customer journey from activation through renewal, building scalable processes and playbooks that prevent anything from slipping. You’ll design onboarding frameworks, health scoring, escalation protocols, and renewal workflows, plus real-time dashboards, using AI to automate repeatable tasks and surface the patterns the Growth team needs. This role rewards fast learning, rigorous problem solving, and strong collaboration.
