- Provide comprehensive sales support to Sales Directors across international markets in EMEIA
- Maintain accurate sales tracking, sales account management, and database records using PTG sales tools and systems
- Use CRM, meetings. preferredhotels. com, and brand member portals
- Assist in monitoring the Group Desk Inbox
- Provide support to Group Sales Directors in Europe as needed
- Respond thoroughly and professionally to client and member hotel group sales requests
- Distribute group leads to member hotels
- Manage group lead profiles according to established SOPs
- Qualify leads and update databases with distribution details
- Follow up with member hotels within 48 hours of non-response
- Assist with report generation as needed
- Communicate daily with clients, sales directors, and hotel members regarding program information
- Operate under the direction of the Vice President, Group Sales – Europe
Requirements
- University or college degree and/or relevant experience in the travel or hospitality industry
- Strong discipline and structure
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Previous sales administration experience within luxury hotels highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information
- Strong people and service orientation
- Ability to collaborate, build relationships, and balance multiple priorities
- Comfortable working within established policies and involving others appropriately in decision‑making
- Open, clear, and persuasive communication skills
- Additional language proficiency considered a strong asset
