Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and sign new key accounts in the German market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure growth and satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales process independently, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the German market.
  • Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.
  • Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.
  • Have worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups, or SMBs.
  • Extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best‑in‑class sales machine for the German market.
  • Capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospecting to account management.
  • Experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
  • Native speaker in German, fluent in English. French is a plus.
