Responsibilities

- Track performance metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of Sales, and collaborate closely with the founders.
- Gather insights from prospects and clients to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in Sales, ideally at a tier 1 startup.
- Have worked with CFOs of startups, scale-ups, or SMBs.
- Extremely ambitious, eager to help build a best‑in‑class sales machine for the German market.
- Capable of running a full sales cycle independently from prospecting to account management.
- Experienced with CRMs and familiar with sales tools like Aircall, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.
- Native speaker in German, fluent in English. French is a plus.
