- Source and close new-business deals with UK schools and multi-academy trusts, owning the full sales cycle end-to-end
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers, from classroom teachers to C-suite and central pedagogical leadership
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events across the UK
- Manage shorter transactional deals and longer complex enterprise sales cycles
- Negotiate commercial terms and pricing with senior stakeholders
- Contribute to and help shape the sales culture as the team scales
- Build and manage a personal pipeline
- Travel regularly across the UK to visit schools and attend events
Requirements
- Clear track record of career progression
- Genuine ambition and a results/money-driven mindset
- High energy and persistence
- Sharp problem-solving instincts; analytical or engineering backgrounds are advantageous
- Confidence discussing commercial terms and pricing with senior decision-makers
- Sociable, credible presence and ability to thrive at events and build trust quickly
- 2+ years in a tech or SaaS sales environment is a strong plus, ideally in a closing/Account Executive capacity
- Strong SDR-to-AE progression and hunger to close may be considered in lieu of exact title history
