We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence to join our busy warehouse operation based in B12, Birmingham. This is a hands-on supervisory role responsible for supporting the smooth running of the warehouse, ensuring stock is handled safely and efficiently while leading and supporting the warehouse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations
- Operating a Bendi/Flexi FLT safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Managing stock movements and warehouse organisation
- Monitoring team performance and productivity
- Ensuring health and safety standards are followed
- Supporting and training warehouse staff
- Completing stock checks and warehouse paperwork
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse supervisory experience essential
- Valid Bendi/Flexi FLT licence
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work well under pressure
