An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Tax Accountant to join a growing and well-established accountancy practice based in Worcestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional with at least one year of experience working within an accountancy practice, who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.
The successful candidate will have experience preparing personal and/or corporate tax returns and will be given the opportunity to continue developing their technical knowledge and career as the practice continues to grow year on year. No formal qualification is required for this role. The firm is happy to consider candidates at different stages of their career and will provide study support to more junior candidates who are looking to progress with professional qualifications.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing personal tax returns for a range of clients
- Preparing corporate tax returns and supporting tax computations
- Assisting with the preparation of year-end accounts where required
- Liaising with clients to obtain relevant information and documentation
- Providing support and guidance to clients on routine tax matters
