Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) | Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00PM
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy recruitment office. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in an office environment. You\’ll be the first point of contact for candidates and clients, providing a warm welcome and essential administrative support to our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception Duties

*

Greet visitors and candidates in a professional and friendly manner

*

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team member

*

Monitor and manage general enquiries via email and reception inbox

*

Maintain a clean and tidy reception area

Administrative Support

*

Input and update candidate information on the CRM system

*

Assist with compliance checks (ID verification, right to work documents, etc.)

*

Prepare and send out candidate registration packs

*

Schedule interviews and confirm appointments with candidates and clients

*

File and scan documents in line with GDPR regulations

*

Support the team with posting job adverts and formatting CVs

Key Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

*

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

*

Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

*

Able to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment

*

Friendly and professional telephone manner

*

Willingness to learn and support different areas of the business

Requirements:

*

Recruitment experience would be advantageous

*

Previous experience in an office, reception, or customer-facing role is desirable

*

Must be eligible to work in the UK

*

A positive, can-do attitude and a professional appearance
