Jobsworth Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our client based in Romford. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in product management. This role involves overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with our organisational goals. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success and foster an environment of continuous improvement. Candidate must hold NVQ 6 or above (Black CSCS Card) SMSTS and hold a full UK drivers licence with own transport and must be willing to travel due to the nature of the position.
Location: Romford
Salary: £45,000 to £55,000 per year, plus company pension
Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans using tools such as Smartsheet and Visio to monitor progress.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation while managing project budgets effectively.
- Utilise systems like SAS and SharePoint for data analysis and reporting.
- Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients through platforms like Confluence.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess performance against objectives and implement necessary adjustments.
- Apply SAFe methodologies to enhance project delivery processes and improve team collaboration.
- Present project updates to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within a relevant industry.
- NVQ Level 6 or above (Black CSCS Card) SMSTS is advantageous for this role.
- Full UK drivers licence with own transport is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Smartsheet, Visio, SAS, SharePoint, and Confluence.
