Job Title: International Import/Export Operator MUST HAVE CUSTOMS EXPERIENCE Role Overview This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their logistics career who is looking to gain hands-on experience in global freight forwarding operations. You’ll join a dynamic and supportive team managing the movement of goods across road, sea, and air, and develop key skills across operations, documentation, and customer service. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate multimodal freight operations (road, sea, air) * Prepare and manage import/export documentation, including customs procedures and Incoterms * Handle groupage, full loads, and direct deliveries * Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, hauliers, and customs authorities * Track shipments and ensure accurate customer updates * Support cross-functional teams including customer service, sales, and finance What We\’re Looking For * Minimum 12 months\’ experience or an apprenticeship in freight, logistics, or supply chain * A genuine interest in international trade and transport * Strong communication and collaboration skills * Basic understanding of Incoterms and customs processes (training provided) * Organised, reliable, and eager to learn * Confident using Microsoft Office and logistics software systems (training available) What We Offer * Full training across all areas of multimodal operations * Support from a knowledgeable and experienced logistics team * Clear career development within an established international business * A modern working environment with on-site facilities * A company culture that values ambition, dedication, and growth
