About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin to support a senior executive within a dynamic and fast-growing business based in Halesowen. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the executive
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (including international travel)
  • Translate documents and facilitate communication between English and Mandarin-speaking parties
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
  • Manage expenses, invoices, and basic office tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
  • Proven experience in a similar PA, Executive Assistant, or administrative role
