About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Personal Assistant who is fluent in Mandarin to support a senior executive within a dynamic and fast-growing business based in Halesowen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to grow with a supportive and forward-thinking company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and personal support to the executive
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements (including international travel)
- Translate documents and facilitate communication between English and Mandarin-speaking parties
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive
- Manage expenses, invoices, and basic office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential
- Proven experience in a similar PA, Executive Assistant, or administrative role
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks
