Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Aldridge
Hours: 09:00-17:00 Monday-Friday
Package – Salary Competitive DOE – Ability to earn an additional 12 holiday days, subject to monthly targets being met, Potential for early finish on Fridays, On target bonuses, Summer and Christmas bonuses, Employee discount.

Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic B2B Sales Executive to join their team and contribute in generating sales for their company. You will be responsible for managing customer accounts and processing sales orders as well as building and maintaining good customer relationships.
You will be an excellent communicator with strong people skills and be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as in person.
This opportunity is office based for the majority but with occasional travel to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Following up warm leads and new customer registrations
- Approaching businesses in the sector to introduce the company and try to secure their custom
- Provide guidance about products or the company,
- Contact warm leads to enquire about potential orders and maintain relationship
- Go the extra mile to meet customer requirements and sales targets,
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information,
- Attending trade shows to network, meet customers and gather new business leads.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a B2B sales role, including visiting customers on the road
- Preferably worked in Furniture wholesaler industry previously
- Computer literate and able to learn/work with relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software and telephone systems),
- Experience in Sage 200 software is highly advantageous,
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to customers,
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in order to develop customer relationships
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
