- Maintain accurate project documentation, reports and progress updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal teams.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and operational efficiency.
- Attend project meetings and site visits as required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar role.
- Ideally, a background within construction, civil engineering, utilities, infrastructure or a related technical industry.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, resources and operational teams.
- Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Good commercial awareness, including budget monitoring and cost control.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.

- Exposure to UAV technology, surveying or inspection services.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is organised, confident and comfortable managing several moving parts at once. You will have a strong understanding of project delivery, excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with both clients and operational teams. This role would suit an established Project Manager or an ambitious Assistant Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career within an innovative and growing industry.
