Italian Speaking Telesales Executive Location: B3, Birmingham Pay: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour Hours: 8:45am - 4:45pm, Monday to Thursday Friday: Working from Home We are currently recruiting for an Italian Speaking Telesales Executive to join a growing and successful business based in Birmingham city centre. Working across a variety of campaigns, you will use your Italian language skills to engage with customers, generate leads, and build strong business relationships. This role would suit a confident and motivated individual who enjoys speaking to people and is not afraid of spending their day on the phone. Key Responsibilities: Making outbound calls to Italian-speaking customers and prospects Promoting products and services across multiple campaigns Generating leads and identifying sales opportunities Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Updating and maintaining accurate CRM records Working towards individual and team targets The Ideal Candidate: Fluent in Italian and English Confident and professional telephone manner Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Target-driven with a positive attitude Strong communication and relationship-building skills Previous telesales, sales, call centre, or customer service experience is beneficial What's on Offer: £12.71 - £14.00 per hour Hybrid working with Fridays from home Birmingham city centre location Full training and ongoing support Friendly and supportive team environment Career progression opportunities If you're a confident Italian speaker with a passion for sales and customer engagement, we'd love to hear from you.
