- Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, with shift start times between
- Saturday shifts start between
- Operatives must be available to work all shift start times.
- Shift patterns vary according to production requirements and do not follow a fixed weekly rota.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload vehicles.
- Move stock throughout the warehouse and chilled storage areas.
- Pick, check and prepare customer orders.
- Replenish stock and rotate products.
- Carry out daily forklift safety checks.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all Health & Safety and food hygiene procedures.
- Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily dispatch targets.
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (renewed within the last 3 years).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable
- Experience in FMCG or food production.
- PPT experience.
