We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Milk Delivery Driver to join a busy depot based in Hereford.

This is a traditional milk round role, delivering fresh products directly to customers' homes across both rural and urban areas. If you enjoy working independently, providing excellent customer service and don't mind night shifts and early starts, this could be the perfect role for you.

Pay & Hours

  • Salary: £25,392.28 per annum
  • Driving bonus: £13.33 per week
  • Guaranteed commission: £20.00 per week
  • Minimum 38 hours per week
  • 4 nights per week
  • Start times typically between 11:00pm and 2:00am
  • No Saturday PM into Sunday AM routes

The Role

  • Deliver fresh products to customers on a planned milk round.
  • Load and unload your vehicle safely.
  • Use a handheld device to manage deliveries, customer orders and payments.
  • Collect returns and empty bottles where required.
  • Provide excellent customer service on every delivery.
  • Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your vehicle clean and roadworthy.
  • Follow all Health & Safety and food hygiene procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Full UK Driving Licence (Category B).
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Reliable with excellent time management.
  • Physically fit, as manual handling is required.
  • Comfortable working nights and early mornings.
  • Previous delivery driving experience is desirable but not essential - full training is provided.
