Inspects and approves processed aluminium extrusion by confirming specifications against drawings, CAD, Work Instructions. Conducting visual and measurement tests and communicating required adjustments to production setters/team leaders. Rejecting and putting unacceptable materials on nonconformance. Approve finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, and confirming re-work.

Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs summarising re-work and waste, and inputs data into quality database. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and training. Accomplishes quality and organisation mission by completing related results as needed.

Hours of Work

6am – 2pm & 2pm -10pm rotating shifts. Fridays 6am – 12pm & 12pm – 6pm.
