Field Sales Executive – Door-to-Door Canvasser
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £29,202.53 per annum + uncapped commission
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00
Hours per week: 37.5
Contract: Permanent
We are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Executive / Door-to-Door Canvasser to join a well-established and respected local dairy business.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, outgoing and target-driven individual who enjoys meeting new people and building relationships.
The Role
- Carry out targeted door-to-door canvassing across local communities.
- Promote a popular doorstep milk and dairy delivery service.
- Engage confidently with potential customers and explain the product range.
- Identify and overcome customer objections in a professional manner.
- Collect new customer details and liaise with internal teams.
- Work towards weekly sales targets with unlimited earning potential.
- Travel between targeted locations and represent the company professionally.
About You
We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in:
- Door-to-door sales
- Canvassing
- Field sales
- Direct-to-customer sales
- Customer-facing sales
You will need to be confident approaching new people, self-motivated, resilient and comfortable working independently.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
