We are recruiting for an experienced HVAC Engineer to join a well-established and rapidly growing mechanical and renewable engineering specialist delivering high-end residential and premium commercial projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and wants to work on bespoke installations rather than routine maintenance. You will be joining a highly skilled team working on architect-designed homes, luxury refurbishments, premium new-build developments and complex mechanical installations where quality is the priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, MVHR and ventilation systems
  • Work on high-end residential developments, luxury refurbishments and selected commercial projects
  • Assist with installation planning and ensure exceptional quality standards are maintained
  • Identify additional works and recommend practical improvements where appropriate
  • Advise on installation methods, materials and equipment
  • Ensure all installations comply with manufacturer specifications and current industry regulations
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety on every project
  • Provide a professional service and communicate effectively with customers on site

Requirements

  • Category 1 F-Gas 2079 Certification (Essential)
  • Proven experience installing a range of AC and HVAC systems
  • Strong knowledge of split, multi-split and VRV/VRF installations
  • Excellent pipework, brazing and pressure testing skills
  • Broad HVAC or building services installation experience
  • Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Skills

  • NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
  • Experience working on commercial projects
  • Electrical qualifications
  • Previous experience working on luxury residential or architect-led developments
