We are currently recruiting for a Compliance & Data Entry Administrator to join our busy recruitment team on a 5-week holiday cover basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. This is a fast-paced administration role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage confidential information accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurate data entry and updating candidate records within the company database
- Processing compliance documents and right to work checks
- Uploading and maintaining candidate information and documentation
- Supporting the recruitment consultants and compliance team with administrative tasks
- Managing emails, telephone queries and general office administration
- Ensuring all records are kept up to date and compliant with company procedures
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administration and/or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Ability to prioritise workload in a busy office environment
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A professional and reliable approach to work
- Previous recruitment or compliance experience would be advantageous but not essential
