About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely understands the logistics sector. You will be responsible for sourcing, placing, and managing drivers and logistics staff, while building strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year’s experience in recruitment, ideally within logistics or driving
- Solid understanding of tachograph (tacho) laws and driver regulations
- Knowledge of different vehicle types, including curtain siders, box trucks, and flatbeds
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for the industry
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment cycle from vacancy intake to placement
- Sourcing and screening candidates for logistics roles
