We are a well-established internationally recognised steel processing and manufacturing business based in Dudley.

Shift Pattern

  • Rotating 3-week shift pattern:
  • Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  • Week 3: 10:00pm – 6:00am

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating rolling mill and floop machinery
  • Processing steel strip and coil to production specifications
  • Monitoring production runs and machine performance
  • Conducting quality inspections and dimensional checks
  • Handling steel products safely and efficiently
  • Assisting with slitting line operations where required
  • Operating overhead cranes to move coils and finished products
  • Completing production records and documentation
  • Working to strict quality, safety and production standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing process
