Shift Pattern
- Rotating 3-week shift pattern:
- Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
- Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Week 3: 10:00pm – 6:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Operating rolling mill and floop machinery
- Processing steel strip and coil to production specifications
- Monitoring production runs and machine performance
- Conducting quality inspections and dimensional checks
- Handling steel products safely and efficiently
- Assisting with slitting line operations where required
- Operating overhead cranes to move coils and finished products
- Completing production records and documentation
- Working to strict quality, safety and production standards
- Supporting continuous improvement across the manufacturing process
