Jobsworth Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing operation based in Droitwich. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced FLT Driver looking to join an established business offering stable work, consistent hours and an excellent work-life balance. You will play a key role supporting warehouse and production operations, ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site. Due to the location of the site, own transport is essential.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely within a manufacturing environment
  • Loading and unloading materials, stock and finished goods
  • Transporting products and raw materials across the site efficiently
  • Supporting production teams with stock replenishment where required
  • Assisting with goods in and goods out activities
  • Carrying out daily equipment checks and reporting any faults
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards across warehouse and production areas
  • Working in line with all health & safety procedures and site regulations
  • Supporting with general warehouse duties when required

Experience & Skills Required

  • Valid external Counterbalance FLT licence is essential
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, warehouse or dispatch environment preferred
  • Confident and safe Forklift Truck operation
  • Strong awareness of health & safety procedures
  • Reliable with excellent timekeeping and attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Own transport due to site location

Working Hours

This role offers a consistent day shift pattern with an excellent work-life balance:

  • Monday - Thursday: 10:00am - 6:00pm
  • Friday: 10:00am - 2:00pm

Enjoy an early finish every Friday, giving you a head start on the weekend while maintaining full-time working hours.
