We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to work in this fabulous restaurant and bar co-owned by a renowned Michelin Star Chef. As the Sous Chef you will be assisting in leading the team in preparing refined, modern Irish dishes with international influences. You must have experience in wood fire cooking.
