As our hotel reservations manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the reservations process from start to finish for our guests. You will work to ensure that guests have a seamless experience when booking their accommodations and that all reservations are accurate and up to date. This includes managing reservation systems, communicating with guests and other departments within the hotel, and ensuring that all reservations are properly documented. You will be responsible for managing room inventory and rates, as well as overseeing the work of reservation agents and other staff members.

  • Strong leadership skills: Our operations Managers are strong leaders with the ability to motivate and manage our hotel team with extensive experience in creating and implementing strategies that drive success.
  • Excellent communication skills: You will have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and customers and be able to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions. You should be able to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Attention to detail: You will have a keen eye for detail able to review reservations and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date. You will be able to identify and resolve any issues that may arise and analyse complex data.
  • Industry experience: You will need to have extensive industry experience to understand the specific challenges and opportunities within the hotel and develop strategies to drive success. You should also have a deep understanding of the industry's regulations and compliance requirements.
