This is a legendary establishment steeped in Shropshire history since 1854. Following a stunning refurbishment, the venue has been transformed into a unique blend of historic charm and contemporary flair where luxury meets fun, and relaxation dances with wild excitement. From lively nights of live music, to plates full of scrumptious fare, to laid-back afternoons by the river, an absolute destination!
Now, I am on the lookout for an energetic and experienced FOH Supervisor to join the leadership team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences across every shift.
The Role:
- You will be a key player in the day-to-day running of the venue supporting the AGM, leading shifts, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring service is slick, smooth, and full of character.
- You will help maintain the upbeat, welcoming atmosphere that the establishment is known for, while keeping standards high and customers happy.
You will Bring:
- Previous FOH supervisory or assistant management experience in a high-volume venue
- A genuine love for hospitality and customer service
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
- A cool head under pressure and a can-do attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
