A beautiful inn with a popular restaurant and 6 boutique letting rooms. Having been open for a couple of years, they are now entering a new phase and looking to push for awards and accolades. The Proprietor is now looking for a Deputy Manager to assist with the day-to-day running of the establishment.

The restaurant seats 40 covers and there is further seating in the garden for the summer months. They have recently recruited a very talented Head Chef and are looking to take the restaurant to the next level. The menus are modern British with Mediterranean influences, and everything is made in house using fresh, locally sourced produce. The menus change regularly to reflect the seasons and give the chefs plenty of opportunity to demonstrate their creative flair.
