As Cluster Director of Sales, you will report to the General Manager of both properties. You will guide and manage hotel operations effectively, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, strategic growth, and high-performance standards while fostering a positive work environment and driving financial success.

Your Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the sales and marketing department to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
- Lead hotel strategy in the planning and forecasting of owned business segments for Clayton Hotel Glasgow and supporting on activity for Clayton Hotel Edinburgh coming 2026.
- Conduct sales activities, including lead generation, meetings, contract negotiations, and trade shows.
- Track corporate accounts monthly to monitor performance and address declines.
- Manage Corporate and Consortia RFPs for increased hotel participation.
- Analyze GDS reports to enhance business strategies focusing on meetings and conferences.
- Provide performance reports to the General Manager and Central Office.
- Contribute to pricing strategies and forecasts with management.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum 5 years experience working within a similar position in hotels
- A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones.
- Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment.
- Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to provide clear reports to clients and colleagues.
- Confident, ambitious, and proactive in approach.
- Knowledge of Scottish Market.
