Your work will go toward the ever growing team, to enhance the local dishes they serve and develop your skill set. Prepare menus in collaboration with colleaguesEnsure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stationsFollow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes for the menus.You will be required to work on a rota over weekends and bank holidaysHelp to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperationHave a strong work ethic and adaptabilitySomething of interest to you?
