About Us

We are a well-established luxury German kitchen studio, recognised for delivering exceptional design, premium products, and an outstanding customer experience.

Working with some of Europe's most prestigious kitchen brands, we create beautifully designed living spaces for discerning homeowners who value quality, craftsmanship, and innovation.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven individual to join our team.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in consultative sales who enjoys building relationships, understanding clients' needs, and closing high-value sales.

Previous kitchen design experience is welcomed but not essential.

If you have a successful background in luxury retail, interiors, furniture, property, automotive, bathrooms, or another premium sales environment, and you're motivated to learn, we can provide the product and design training needed to succeed.

You’ll work with clients from their first showroom visit through to the final design presentation, creating bespoke kitchen solutions that combine outstanding design with exceptional customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, design-led business where your earning potential is directly linked to your performance.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Building strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the entire sales journey.
  • Understanding customers' lifestyles and recommending tailored kitchen solutions.
  • Designing inspiring kitchens using industry-leading CAD software (training available for the right candidate).
  • Preparing quotations and presenting high-quality design proposals.
  • Following up leads and converting enquiries into sales.
  • Working closely with suppliers and colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Essential: A proven track record of success in consultative sales.
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • A confident, professional, and personable approach.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
  • A desire to work in a premium, design-led environment.
  • Availability to work Saturdays as part of the showroom rota.

  • Competitive basic salary with an uncapped bonus structure (OTE £50,000-£75,000).
  • The opportunity to work with world-class German kitchen brands.
  • Comprehensive product and design training.
  • High-quality showroom and premium client base.
