We're looking for an ambitious, well-connected and commercially driven Business Development Manager to help take one of Birmingham's most exciting, premium luxury hospitality operations to the next level. Home to exceptional dining, friendly impeccable service, spectacular events and an out-of-this-world private dining room, this luxury restaurant is already a sought-after venue!
Responsibilities
- Driving Private Dining Room bookings and maximising occupancy
- Growing corporate, celebration and group dining sales
- Securing high-value event and exclusive hire opportunities
- Building relationships with local businesses, concierge networks, event planners and key decision-makers
- Creating and delivering innovative sales initiatives that drive revenue
- Networking across Birmingham to generate leads and raise brand awareness
- Using market insights and customer data to identify new growth opportunities
Qualifications
- Proven business development or sales experience within premium hospitality, restaurants, events or luxury leisure
- Strong local connections and knowledge of the Birmingham market
- A track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets
- Outstanding relationship-building and networking skills
