Are you an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant ready for your next role? Could you fulfil a vital support function within a busy office? Working as part of the team, this is an outstanding opportunity within a highly successful SJP Partner Practice. The Practice provides financial advice to their clients on a wide range of products including Pensions, Investments, Tax Planning and Protection.

The team pride themselves in providing an exceptional service to their clients and this role represents an exciting opportunity to contribute positively to both the client experience and the overall success of the business.

Responsibilities:
  • You will deal with a wide variety of administrative tasks supporting your colleagues and clients of the Practice.
  • You will manage and collate key data for reports and portfolio reviews.
  • Dealing with enquiries and correspondence from clients and providers.
  • Managing the database of clients and diary management for the Partner and Advisors.
  • You will be processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams.
  • Training will be given if required, and there is scope within this role to progress and develop your knowledge within this exciting and fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience within an IFA or financial services administration role.
  • Knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection products is desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • High level of IT proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Please note that this Partner Practice will conduct a standard Financial and Identity check on any candidates who are offered a role within this Practice.

Salary: up to £30,000+ (negotiable based on experience) + Private Medical Insurance and Company pension scheme.
